What started as a small project grew into Kaimukī’s go-to bakery for sourdough and sweets. We keep things simple: quality ingredients, playful flavors, and a warm, welcoming space. Because good food is better when it brings people together.

Each loaf starts with our house-cultured starter and goes through a three-day fermentation process for that perfect flavor and texture.
